FEATURES OF ATMOSPHERIC WATER GENERATOR.
a. Microcomputer The unit is fitted with a microcomputer, which ensures proper working of internal parts, to regulate hot or cool water temperature setting, supervise and control the functionality of individual parts inside the unit. b. Electronic Sensors Various electronic sensors are attached to parts such as UV light, heating mechanism and storage tanks. These sensors ensure that all parts are working properly and warn you should a breakdown or performance irregularities occur in the machine. c. Energy Saving Features To conserve electricity, electronic sensors have been placed in the storage tank to automatically stop the machine from making more water when the tank is full and hot/cold water reaches the preset data. d. Child-proof Hot Water Lock out The function of hot water lockout is to prevent child from scalding upon touching the water tap. e. Venturi Fan Newly designed Venturi-type fan increases production efficiency and greatly reduce the noise during operation. f. Water Leakage Detector In case of any unexpected situation of water leakage, the machine can stop working automatically and accompany with warning sound and flashing VFD . g. Condensing coils The condenser is designed especially and with food class coating to prevent any metal pollution and improve water production efficiency. h. Electrostatic Air Filter The first filter that air passes through before be condensed and converted to water; our electrostatic air filter effectively prevents micro particles and dust from entering the machine, as well as slime and fungus growth. i. Ultraviolet Filter treatment The proprietary ultraviolet lamp treats the water for sterilization to ensure that all bacteria and microorganism are eliminated. Sterilization process is controlled by microcomputer automatically.
The commercial model 28 very simplistically pulls air through its electrostatic filter removing all dust, pet dander, and debris before it is passed onto the condenser where it then removes the moisture content and then sterilizes it before it is then processed through the reverse osmosis filtration, active carbon filtration and a very powerful bio-ceramic filtration. Then the water is exposed to high levels of Nano UV light which kills ALL bacteria before it is pumped to both the Hot & Cold storage tanks. Every time water is dispensed from the system it is again exposed to a secondary Nano UV light source which further purifies the water as it is being dispensed as is illustrated by the diagram below.
