We have received numerous questions about our latest creation of the Group Buy program. In an effort to keep you informed we have created this FAQ which answers many of the questions you may have regarding this fantastic program. Should your question not be addressed here you may always contact us with your question and we will be more than happy to respond with an answer which will then be added to this document for further reference by our members.

Q - What is a Group Buy?

A - A Group Buy is as the name implies a purchase made by a group of purchasers which in this case consists of a group of Members Only participants of our program. Through the collective group purchasing program we are able to offer deeply discounted pricing on virtually all products in our growing catalog. Our new program gives these members access to pricing they would otherwise never see without becoming a distributor and in many cases far more affordably than many smaller distributors can offer.

Q - I've tried going to the Group Buy area of the web site but it seems I need permission to access it. How do I become a member of Group Buy?

A - Group Buy is a members ONLY area which requires a subscription to it. You need to have registered on our web site by clicking the Create An Account link in the Login of the home page. Once you have done this you may login to your account and then click the My Subscriptions from our Main menu on the lefthand side of the home page. Here you will see the membership subscription to Group Buy and by clicking it you are subscribing to this membership. Then you will be able to use the top menu Group Buy button to access the group buy offers we list there.

Q - Can anyone join this program or do I have to be a distributor?

A - Anyone who has registered on our web site and who has subscribed to this membership is granted immediate access to all of the products and product savings being offered for a period of 1 year from the date of subscription.

Q - Are there any minimum purchase requirements?

A - Being as we secure what is known as Lots of various products, these lots consist of various quantities or volume. In order for any group buy offering to be considered Ready For Sale that quantity must be purchased. This is done by the membership as a whole so if for example we offer 40kw of solar panels at a special pricing and the combined group purchasing in volume is equal to the 40kw size of this lot then the special pricing will be honored and you will receive whatever quantity you submitted in the form of an Order Request form.

Q - Do these products and systems being offered come with the same manufacture warranties?

A - Absolutely! In fact the only thing you will be pleasantly surprised as being any different is the price.

Q - Do shipping charges still apply to these group buy offerings?

A - Yes. However, from time to time we also obtain special pricing offers which include shipping.

Q - How do I pay for my purchases or are these still handled by your shopping cart?

A - All purchases under $10,000 in value will be invoiced to your email account via our PayPal secured payment processor.   • Common questions about LED landscape lighting

  • Why is LED  landscape lighting a good alternative to conventional halogen or xenon lamps? LED lamps are safer because they generate very little heat and when operating, are cool to the touch. LED lamps do not contain any mercury.
  • How long do they last? Our LEDs are rated for 50,000 hours or with typical operation between 15 and 20 years.
  • Can I install myself? Yes. Any of our products can be self-installed. We include telephone support through E-Design Services. We will also assist your professional with design and installation.
  • How efficient is  LED  landscape lighting? LEDs consume 90% less energy than conventional 12 volt landscape lighting or 100% less when used with our solar controller.
  • Do they operate in the winter and snow? Yes, but due to the minimal heat dissipated by the LEDs, ground-mounted flood fixtures may become covered in snow and may need to be cleared occasionally.
  • How will the neighbors view my lights? All of our lighting sytems are designed to be in-direct. All light sources are shielded and designed not to shine light in unwanted areas.
  • Are LEDs bright enough? Yes, the effects created by our LED fixtures are as bright as effects created by our halogen and xenon lamped fixtures.
  • What color are they? All of our LEDs are warm white in color. The color rendition is very similar to halogen.
     


Questions about our Solar Controller landscape lighting systems

  • How long will the system provide power? Under optimal conditions, the system at full load, is designed to provide 18 hours of power.
  • How many lights can I operate with the solar controller? We recommend a maximum of 14 watts be used. Our LED fixtures are configured to utilize either 1 or 3 watt LEDs, so a total of 14 lights could be used if they were all garden lights using the 1 watt LED.

  • How cost effective are Solar Controller systems? Because they are solar powered, they consume no energy and therefore operating costs are zero.
  • Do they operate in the winter and snow? Yes, but due to the lower sun angle, shorter days, and potential extended cloudiness in the winter months, performance can be diminished.
  • Is the battery easy to replace? The battery is readily available and can be purchased through TouchStone's battery recycle exchange program or your local battery retailer.
  • How long will the battery last? The battery in the Solar Controller will typically last 3-4 years in regions that experience extreme heat, and 5-6 years in other regions.
  • What is the product warranty? The solar panel and chassis warranty is 10 years. The controller warranty is 12 months.
  • Can I change the timer setting? The Solar Controller features a photo-cell "On" with 10 minute delay, and 1-8 hour timer "Off" settings. We recommend 6 hours maximum "On" time per night.

Power Factor Conditioner PS1200 Frequently Asked Questions

How Does the Power Factor Conditioner Unit Work?
The Power Factor Conditioner reduces the amount of power drawn from the utility by storing (in its capacitors) otherwise lost electricity (watts) caused by the inductive motors in your home. (Some examples of inductive motors are Air Conditioning units, refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, pool pumps, vacuum cleaners, furnace blower motors, fans etc.) The technology applied by the Power Factor Conditioner PS1200™ Unit supplies that stored electricity back to your inductive loads, thus causing you to decrease your demand from the utility. If you decrease your demand from the utility, your meter slows down, and you use less electricity. The thought is, you’ve already paid for that electricity, why pay for it and waste it when you can pay for it, store it, and reuse it again. This whole process is called power factor optimization.


What is Power Factor?

Power factor is the percentage of electricity that’s delivered to your house and used effectively, compared to what is wasted. For example, a 1.0 power factor means that all the electricity that’s being delivered to your home is being used effectively for its purpose. However, most homes in America today have a .77 power factor or less. This means that 77% of the electricity that is coming through your meter at your home or business is being used effectively, the other 23% is being wasted by your inductive load. With a low power factor, the utility has to deliver more electricity to do the same work. However, the Power Factor Conditioner unit increases that power factor in most cases to .97 or .98, thus increasing the effective use of your electricity and lowering your usage.



Does the Power Factor Conditioner PS1200 work in any home?

Yes it does, as long as you have a circuit breaker panel with breaker switches and not the old screw in type fuses, the unit will work on any single-phase electric application for homes. Will the Power Factor Conditioner affect any of my appliances and their normal use?

No, if anything, your motors will run about 10% cooler, which is good for a motor because heat is the enemy of a motor.


How much can I expect to save per month by using the Power Factor Conditioner?

That depends on many factors. The size of your home, the amount of inductive motor load, and the amount you are paying per kilowatt-hour for electricity etc. However, generally speaking users of the product have seen up to 25% in reduced consumption, but the average savings is somewhere in the 15% to 20% range.


How long will it take for the Power Factor Conditioner to pay for itself?

Generally about 6-12 months, but again, the same factors above apply, some will see sooner (6 months), some will see later (12 months).


Is the Power Factor Conditioner easy to Install?

We recommend installation by an electrician. The unit comes with complete installation instructions. It installs in about 20-30 minutes.

Why haven’t I heard of these product until now?

That’s easy, two words “cost effectiveness”. Up until recently, electric rates throughout America were cheap, costing us 2, 3 or 4 cents per kilowatt-hour. Now, electric rates are 8, 10, 12, 14, and 19 and in some cases New York City is 22 cents per Kwh, and Hawaii is 33.5 cents per Kwh. Do I Receive Enough Sun for Solar?

Which Solar Panel System is right for me?

How much space does the system need?
The Solar Panel Systems System requires approximately 90 sq ft. for the 1kW system, 180 sq ft for the 2kW system and 270 sq ft for the 3 kW system.

 

Do the panels need to face south?

South is best, but panels installed facing east or west still generate a very high percentage of possible power. It is usually more effective (and more attractive) to install the panels in the same plane as the roof direction, rather than build an awkward mount to angle them.

 

Are the panels fragile?

No. While the panels are made of tempered glass, it is quite strong.

 

What is Net Metering?

Net Metering is the regulatory ability to get credit for electricity you generate with solar energy and send backwards through your utility meter. Exact provisions vary with each state, but the effect is to allow you to generate excess power during the day, and use it at night, without needing batteries.

 


What happens if the panels get covered by snow?

Solar electric panels need sunshine to generate power. While some sun does make it through several inches of snow, little electricity is generated when the panels are covered with anything. Most power is made during clear sunny days. Our estimates take that into account.

 


What happens if the panels are shaded?

PV panels should be installed in areas where they get significant shade-free sun every day. Even small amounts of shade can very significantly reduce the output. Our designs and installations also seek to minimize the impact of any shade issues through selection of the proper equipment and good engineering.

 

If I sell my property, what effect does PV have on the sale price?

Energy conservation and renewable generation adds value to a home. Surveys have shown that for every $1,000.00 saved per year, $20,000.00 is added to a home's value. Solar energy can be one of the best home improvement investments you make.

 

What is a grid-tied system?

Grid tied systems do not use batteries at all! The panels work by producing DC power during sunlight hours, converting it to AC power through the inverter. The inverter then feeds the loads required by the home, before pushing the AC power out to the grid through the "net meter". The net meter is provided by your utility company when you install the system. The net meter is a bi-directional electric meter that spins forward as usual when you are using more power in your home than you are producing with your panels (at night, for instance), and spins BACKWARD when you are producing more with your system than you are using in your home. This is how you generate credits with your utility!

What are photovoltaic cells?

LIMITED WARRANTY FOR SOLAR MODULES
ARTICLE 1: GENERAL TERM:
Ningbo Solar Electric Power Co., Ltd. (hereafter is simplified as “NINGBO SOLAR”) provides the
Limited Warranty for Solar Modules TDB125×125-72-P (hereafter is simplified as “MODULES”)
only to the direct client (hereafter is simplified as “client”) that purchases the MODULES from
NINGBO SOLAR.
The MODULES means the PV solar modules produced by NINGBO SOLAR, including
factory-assembled junction box and cables.
Unless other notify from NINGBO SOLAR, this Limited Warranty only available in the country or
area where client get the MODULES. If any questions, please contact with NINGBO SOLAR.
ARTICLE 2:NINGBO SOLAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE MODULES
NINGBO SOLAR warrants its MODULES to be free from defect in materials and workmanship, and
satisfy the specification issued by NINGBO SOLAR when the MODULES be loaded to the containers
and prepare to ship.
Under normal application, installation, use and service conditions, the MODULES can’t be working
well, NINGBO SOLAR provide limited product warranty or limited peak power warranty to the
client.
1. Limited Product Warranty
Under normal application, installation, use and service conditions, if MODULES fail to conform to this limited product warranty due to defects in material or workmanship, then for a period ending twenty-four months from date of sale as shown in the invoice or Contract issued by NINGBO SOLAR. NINGBO SOLAR will, at its option, either repair or replace or refund the purchase price as paid by the client for these defective MODULES. The repair or replacement or refund remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under the “Limited Product Warranty” and shall not extend beyond the twenty-four months period set forth herein. It will be performed directly to the direct client only. This “Limited Product Warranty” does not warrant a specific power output, which shall be exclusively covered under “Limited Peak Power Warranty” as follows.

2. Limited Peak Power Warranty
10 years
Under normal application, installation, use and service conditions, power output less than 90% of the minimum Peak Power at STC as specified in NINGBO SOLAR´ s Product Information Sheet, provided that such loss in power is determined by NINGBO SOLAR (at its sole and absolute discretion) to be due to defects in material or workmanship. Within a period of ten (10) years from the date shown in the invoice or the contract to the client, the client has the right to require the Limited Peak Power Warranty. NINGBO SOLAR will replace such loss in power by either providing additional MODULES to the
client to complement such loss in power, or by replacing the defective MODULES at the option of NINGBO SOLAR. 25 years Under normal application, installation, use and service conditions, power output less than 80% of the minimum Peak Power at STC as specified in NINGBO SOLAR´ s Product Information Sheet, provided that such loss in power is determined by NINGBO SOLAR (at its sole and absolute discretion) to be due to defects in material or workmanship. Within a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date shown in the invoice or the contract to the client, the client has the right to require the Limited Peak Power Warranty.
NINGBO SOLAR will replace such loss in power by either providing additional MODULES to the client to complement such loss in power, or by replacing the defective MODULES at the option of
NINGBO SOLAR. The remedies provided under the Limited Peak Power Warranty shall be the sole and exclusive remedies. ARTICLE 3:WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
The “Limited Product Warranty” and the “Limited Peak Power Warranty” do not apply to any MODULES, which have been subjected to:
1). The date of Limited warranty provide by client has exceeded the period of validity
2). Improper application, installation, use and service; or Non-observance of NINGBO SOLAR’ s installation and maintenance instructions;
3). Repair or modifications by someone other than an approved service technician of NINGBO SOLAR;
4). Misuse, abuse, neglect or accident;
5). In the event of any fire, earthquake, explosion, war?commotion ?lighting, flood?Power failure incident, strikes, accidental breakage or other events outside NINGBO SOLAR’ s control.
6). The MODULES’ appearance, configuration, type, serial number or label has been altered, destroyed, removed, ripped off or made illegible.
7). The damage caused by improper transportation or third party ARTICLE4:OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE If the client feels a justified claim covered by this “Limited Warranties for solar modules”, provide a written notification to NINGBO SOLAR immediately. Together with the notification, the client should enclose the evidence of the claim with the corresponding serial number of the MODULES and the invoice on which the MODULES have been purchased. NINGBO SOLAR will appoint technician to prove it. Client can’t take down or remove the defective MODULES or return defective MODULES to NINGBO SOLAR privately unless prior written authorization has been given by NINGBO SOLAR. The repair or replacement of the MODULES or the supply of additional MODULES does not cause the beginning of new warranty terms, nor shall the original terms of this “Limited Warranty for SOLAR MODULES” be extended. Any replaced MODULES shall become the property of NINGBO SOLAR made for their disposal. NINGBO SOLAR has the right to delivery not new or another type (different in size, color, shape and/or power) in case NINGBO SOLAR discontinued producing the replaced MODULES at the time of the claim. But NINGBO SOLAR warranty all replacement of the MODULES can remain good working, at least the function is the same as original replaced MODULES ARTICLE 5:LIMITATION OF WARRANTY SCOPE The “Limited Product Warranty” and the “Limited Peak Power Warranty” as set forth herein are expressly in lieu of and exclude all other express or implied warranties and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of NINGBO SOLAR. NINGBO SOLAR only provides Limited Warranty in the period of validity of “Limited Product Warranty” and "Limited Peak Power Warranty”. NINGBO SOLAR shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property, or for other loss or injury resulting from any cause whatsoever arising out of or related to the MODULES, including, without limitation, any defects in the MODULES, or from use or installation. Under no circumstances shall NINGBO SOLAR be liable for three articles as follows:

1) Client requires compensating the damage caused by above reasons
2) The third party requires client compensating the damage
3) Special, Incidental or indirect damages, or any consequential economic loss (including profit, saving, tax, transportation charge or installing loss etc.), even if NINGBO SOLAR has been notified the possibility of happening these damage or loss. NINGBO SOLAR´ s aggregate liability, if any, in damages or otherwise, shall not exceed the invoice value as paid by the client, for the single unit of MODULES.
If some special regulation or clause on the CHINA or INTERNATIONAL law, which cause part provisions, clauses or applications of this “Limited Warranty for SOLAR MODULES” exist blank on
the law or lack forcible, this shall not affect other parts, provisions, clauses or applications of this “Limited Warranty for SOLAR MODULES” fulfill. ARTICLE 6:DISPUTES AND ARBITRATION
Any dispute arising from or in connection with the “Limited Warranty for SOLAR MODULES” shall be settled through friendly negotiation. In case no settlement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted

to the International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission stipulated in the contract between client and NINGBO SOLAR. In case of any discrepancy in “Limited Peak Power Warranty” claim, a first-class international test-institute such as UL laboratory shall be involved to test the peak power of the MODULES and judge the claim finally. All fees and expenses shall be born by both client and NINGBO SOLAR, unless otherwise awarded. Note: This “Limited Warranty for SOLAR MODULES” is published by NINGBO SOLAR on July 2006,which only is valid on USA PV market. The final explanation right for this limited warranty shall be borne by NINGBO SOLAR. NINGBO SOLAR holds the right to amend the provisions, clauses or applications of this “Limited Warranty for SOLAR MODULES” and excuse for us not notify ahead.

Inverter:

Limited Warranty
PV Powered, Inc. provides a limited warranty for your residential or commercial inverter and optional data monitoring module for defects caused by material or manufacturing flaws. The inverter and the data monitoring module must be installed and maintained by a qualified technician in order for the warranty to be valid.

Term of Coverage

The warranty period for the inverter is ten years and the warranty on the data monitoring module is one year, each beginning on the date of purchase by the original end user.

Coverage

PV Powered will, at its option, repair or replace the defective component(s) free of charge, provided that you notify PV Powered of the defect during the warranty period, have a dated proof of purchase and PV Powered determines that the defect is covered by the limited warranty set forth above. PV Powered reserves the right to inspect the defective component(s) and determine if the defect is due to material or manufacturing flaws. PV Powered also reserves the right to charge a fee for service time expended if the defect is not due to material or manufacturing flaw or is not for some other reason subject to this limited warranty.

PV Powered will, at its option, use new and/or reconditioned parts in performing warranty repair and in building replacement products. PV Powered reserves the right to use parts or products of original or improved design in the repair or replacement. If PV Powered repairs or replaces a product, its warranty continues for the remaining portion of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of the return shipment to the customer, whichever period expires later. All replaced products and all parts removed from repaired products become the property of PV Powered.

For defects covered by this limited warranty, PV Powered will provide, at no additional cost to the customer, both parts and labor necessary to repair the product, and return shipment to the customer via a PV Powered selected, non-expedited, surface freight carrier within the United States and Canada.

What is Not Covered
PV Powered does not warrant its products from any and all defects or damage caused by:
Normal wear and tear
Shipping or transportation damages
Improper installation
Excessive voltage or current conditions from the electrical grid or PV panels
Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions
(including but not limited to damage due to lightning strikes, storm, fire, flood, etc.)
Unauthorized or abnormal use or operation
Negligence or accidents
Material or workmanship not provided by PV Powered or its authorized service centers

This warranty also does not cover costs related to the removal, installation, or troubleshooting of your electrical systems.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
EXCEPT FOR THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY, PV POWERED EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE INVERTER AND DATA MONITORING MODULE, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, THE WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY HAVE ARISEN FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PV POWERED'S AGGREGATE MONETARY LIABILITY TO THE CUSTOMER FOR ANY REASON AND FOR ANY AND ALL CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO PV POWERED FOR THE INVERTER OR DATA MONITORING DEVICE. PV POWERED WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU UNDER ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF PV POWERED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE ORIGINAL PRICE FOR THE INVERTER AND DATA MONITORING MODULE AND PV POWERED'S OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE CONSIDERATION FOR LIMITING PV POWERED'S LIABILITY.

IF THIS PRODUCT IS A CONSUMER PRODUCT, FEDERAL LAW DOES NOT ALLOW AN EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. TO THE EXTENT YOU ARE ENTITLED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER FEDERAL LAW, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW THEY ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES AND PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR ON THE DURATION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OR ON THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION(S) OR EXCLUSION(S) MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.

Arbitration
IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE BETWEEN PV POWERED AND ANY PURCHASER COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO RESOLVE ANY AND ALL SUCH DISPUTES USING BINDING ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES AND PROCEDURES OF THE ARBITRATION SERVICE OF PORTLAND, INC. AND JUDGMENT UPON AWARD RENDERED PURSUANT TO SUCH ARBITRATION SHALL BE BINDING ON THE PARTIES. THE LOCATION FOR ANY ARBITRATION HEARINGS SHALL BE BEND, OREGON. THE PRICE FOR THE INVERTER OR DATA MONITORING DEVICE AND PV POWERED'S OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE CONSIDERATION FOR THIS BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION.

Miscellaneous Provisions

This limited warranty will be governed and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon, without reference to provisions concerning conflicts of laws. If any provision of this limited warranty is found by any court or arbitrator to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected thereby. This limited warranty constitutes the entire contract between the parties concerning the subject matter of this warranty and supersedes all marketing brochures and other expectations, understandings, communications, representations and agreements, whether verbal or written, between the parties.


What is the Return Policy?

If you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of the delivery date, email our customer service representitive at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it call our dedicated customer service at 1-866-297-7192 and they will assign to you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return.

NOTE:  We will not accept returned packages if a RAN has not been assigned to the order. If you return a package with out having been assigned a RAN the package will be denied and returned to you and all associated costs will be your responsibility.

The returned product must be in NEW, UNOPENED and UNUSED condition, in the ORIGINAL BOX UNDAMAGED with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed, not damaged, not opened. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been opened or used.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving the item. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order please call us before we ship the product as once it leaves the warehouse we have incurred our cost.

Note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Please allow us 10-14 days once we have received your return to process and credit your credit card.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will replace the broken or damaged parts not the whole system and ship out a new item in accordance with the shipping company's policies and the manufacturer's return policies.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.

Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited, or that a refund check has been issued, less restocking fee and shipping and handling.

All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only less restock fee if applicable and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase, or a refund check issued to purchaser.

Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 1-866-297-7192 within two hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.
Don't worry! Even after the two hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time
Power-Save Energy Co. reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, ommissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, instock status of a product, or description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.
